      mission focused work centered on students excellent benefits and opportunities to grow all VCCS classes are free to employees nice people and good leadership

      not a con for the organization itself but it serves a large service region which can be challenging

      Very calm environment to work in and you are given full control of your class

      Cons

      Communication can be lacking at times but to be fair if you reach out you'll normally get an answer pretty quick
