Cons
The CEO and his minions have created an atmosphere of distrust among the employees and morale has been decreasing over the years. Many employees feel there is an air of reverse racism due to the CEOs push for DEI. Must buy into REC's cult-like culture and drink the Kool-Aid to fit in.
