Pros

Great company idea, with an even greater cause. Good for entry level positions, and relaxed time off policies. 1 week of vacation per year and good location. Benefits are decent. Business casual environment/no dress code.

Cons

After starting with the company, i noticed my skills growing fairly quickly. Likely because I was thrown into a lot of things I didn't sign up for. I was expected to work after hours while being still being underpaid. While I was learning alot, the amount of stress that was put on me was unbelievable. No matter what you do, it will never be good enough. No trust with upper management, and they micromanage you under every circumstance. If you want a job that you clock in, get yelled at for little reason and take the blame for others, this is the perfect job for you. If you want a career where the upper management values you and the hard work you put in, this is not the job for you. Worst of all, management will not listen to you, or hear you out - no matter how long you have been there. YOUR OPINIONS ARE NOT WANTED OR VALUED. The sad part about it is that everyone loves Raptor, even the employees, but the abuse is simply not worth it.
