Pros
The people at Raptor truly are the only plus point of working here. They are kind, helpful, and truly team players.
Cons
Everything else about this place is a complete MESS. Their turnover rate is high because no one has time to train people on what to do. The SOPs are outdated and Product pushes back releases unexpectedly. They expect you to do the job of 3 different people because they are understaffed and on top of that the pay is on the low end of the market average. There is no cohesion or structure to how things should be handled and the lack of organization makes it difficult to perform effective cross-functional communication. Not to mention there is a lot of busy work involved which could easily be scraped away with something as simple as an internal knowledge database that is handled by a dedicated team.
