Thank you for the review and we always value feedback. We do realize that the sales position is very requiring; but it is consistent with other similar businesses/positions. From you feedback, we will work to ensure that individuals hired into the position understand all aspects of the job requirements so that they can make the best decision. Knowing that we have high performance expectations we do try to offer not only nice financial rewards but events outside of work that are Company paid. Also, we do offer PTO (Paid Personal Time Off) to our employees; we don't call it vacation, but we do offer PTO for more flexibility.
