Thank you for your feedback; to address one of the items that was a concern. Several years ago the employees requested to have more flexible days than either sick or vacation; so we grouped them together and created more flexible use of your days with PTO days. The number of PTO days we offer is above standard in Austin; a new hourly employee can earn up to two weeks during their very first year and take time after 90 days.
