Change not always great - Customer Service Representative RateGenius Employee Review

I appreciate your feedback and we have experienced a year of change due to new ownership. Change is often a natural part of business when a company is successful; as it becomes valuable and investors want to be part of the current and future success. The goal is to continue to manage through this change, as we are unable to go back to the past. I appreciate your comments and my goal is to retain our tenured employees and have them be part of the future; even though it will feel different. I was excited that in November 2018 we were once again named a Best Places to work; this is voted on my the employees and through a mechanism to rate all businesses in Austin; so we are making strides as we move forward.
