Thank you for your comments; we appreciate the information. We did go through a period of revising the sales commission pay plan and tying it directing to performance metrics verses just gross revenue. When we did that change, it did require some ongoing tweaks so that we were not negatively affecting the majority of our sales population. Thank you and best of luck in the future.
