Pros
Very aggressive comp plan. Get all major holidays off. Great group of people. Free health insurance. Free Red Bull and snacks. And a few people make over $10k a month in sales.
Cons
Commission only. They say they are family oriented, but its structured in sales to where taking even a week off for vacation could cost you $5,000 in lost commission between 2 months. But you make enough that if you work 50 hours a week and are a capable closer, that you can afford to take the loss if you are desperate for a week off. Not many people do this. The income opportunity may be dwindling ever so slightly, but its still a $4-$7k a month job. If you are making $4k, they will put you on notice and threaten to take away the opportunity though. High turnover lately, didn't seem like that when I started.
