One of the best factors are that they hire with in first so that you can always see if their is a position that maybe more suitable! rateGenius also show that they value your opinion and judgement using referrals to hire someone that you think has the qualifications that the company is looking for. They make the job rewarding giving the employees incentives that makes things a little more fun and competitive! Online classes and cross training are available in which gives you a inside perspective of how everything comes together and then just flows....
Cons
All I can give is positive criticism which is that the company has grown so fast that I think it was probably unexpected giving limited space but I have already heard that we are going to be moving!
