Pros
The company seems truly to care about its people. There was upward mobility. There was plenty of opportunity for advancement. They were open to new ideas. My peers became valued and respected friends. There was not a lot of focus on who caused a problem with emphasis on, trying to find solutions instead.
Cons
Their systems are infinitely complex many third-party integration transactions upon which their success or failure depended. They lacked focus and direction with constantly shifting priorities and initiatives.
