Pros
The atmosphere is relaxed. They care that we are motivated. They know that their work force is important to the success of the company. When things are important they get done. Just fix it is a way of doing things here. Getting in at a decent hour in the morning and not feeling like you took your work home with you is a HUGE perk here. Not like other IT shops.
Cons
Sometimes it seems like there are a lot of meetings. Those were getting better though. Ability to focus on one task to completion is often an issue.
