Pros
They teach you about personal sales.
Cons
They hired me for a part time job and treated it like a full time job. The hours were crazy late sometimes. On a Sunday they might forget to unlock the doors for you. They also take advantage of young workers because they always hire people in college or just out. No person over the age of 30 works there because of the terrible working conditions. You focus on personal sales by setting up a booth at Walmarts or now because of covid they are doing cold calls. No one in the workplace is nice to you unless you make sales. They really tried to keep me working there by promoting me even though I was clearly hired for a short part time position. My whole team left when we realized it was a scam. We were basically working for free. It takes about a month or two to get paid on each sale. I was only paid twice. I got two checks for a total of three sales. How could I get promoted with only three sales under my belt? I didn't, I just didn't get paid for the other fifteen or so sales. I waited months to get paid and I was always told to be patient and that, "it's coming". They really take advantage of your naivety when you work here. I realized after working here that any place would be better and that it wasn't my fault for not being good enough, it was the company's fault for not taking care of their employees.
