This company is all about paying management a hefty salary but watching regular associates struggle. A job that pays 60K at one place will most likely pat 40K here so if you are looking to get in because you will get a pay raise, keep looking. When the market is down, everyone gets on edge and management will begin to treat the associates poorly so really it's only a good place to work when the market is up.
