Pros
Collaborative SDLC, all levels of management are open to suggestions, consultants are treated like perm and they allow you to do your job giving you the tools you need...
Cons
There were not any cons except quite possibly their attempt to utilize Agile/Scrum in the project that I worked on. The process did not go as intended and was more like RUP (iterative).
