Pros
I worked in a branch office and really liked the client and wholesaler interaction. Everyday was different. Lots of educational opportunities. They had good employee benefits.
Cons
The workload was very heavy and could be extremely stressful especially during down market periods. When I went to RJ Advisor Select my FA couldn't figure out how to do a review.
