Pros
I love working at Raymond James. It is by far the best company I have worked for. The benefits are great. You have good work life balance. Work from home option once a month. People are friendly. My Manager is very flexible and easy to work with. Everyone all the way up to upper management have a open door policy.
Cons
The pay is not as competitive as other locations but since they offer awesome benefits it makes up for it
