Pros

The only pro is the New York office on Madison Avenue. The people working in the NYC office are wonderful.

Cons

Where to begin… -The employees at the California and Florida offices are mean-spirited and very passive aggressive. They will drain your soul. -If managers have an issue with your work, it is in the form of a passive aggressive email sent on a Friday evening at 7pm (there goes a decent weekend) and will not be addressed again. -When you do approach a manager to discuss an issue, or even an idea, be prepared to be told that they don’t have time for you. -Lots of throwing people under the bus by managers and peers. -A lot of whispering behind backs and smiles to the face. -Uncertainty if your job is secure. -If you have an issue, don’t contact HR, just find another job. -The pay is not worth the stress even felt outside of the office

Pros

Small firm feel and easy to stand out as a high performer.

Cons

The firm is very old school in promotions and growth so they value tenure over performance.
