The full time staff treat consultants very poorly. The managers rely on particular people to review performance of the contractors without actually engaging in meetings with them to set expectatiosn and assess accomplishments. The FTEs are very insecure and the upper management should work to make it easy for the contractors and FTEs to be able to work in unison.
