If you enjoy art it has a lot of Native American artwork. Nice facility. Covered parking. There is a shoe repair shop onsite.
Cons
No-one seemed to be in charge or provide a clear vision of goals for the organization and team. Anyone who has been there for many years seems over-worked or over-leveraged and burned out.
