Business Outlook
Pros
They have the best back office support of any brokerage firm I've worked. Great firm to work if you are established in the business. The culture is amazing, feels like you have the freedom to run your business the way you want. Not constant change like I have experienced at other firms.
Cons
They need to continue to get their name out in the west coast but other than that I have no bad things to say about this company.
