Pros
My time at Raymond James has proven to be worthwhile. They take great interest in training me to increase my skills and knowledge in order to better be able to do my job. They seem to be very competitive in salary and benefits. I've appreciated my time here so far and look forward to a long future.
Cons
There is an incredible amount of work to be done and we seem understaffed to be able to accomplish everything we need to do.
