Low pay. Employees dread their jobs. Morale is terrible. Everyone wants out. Massive stress, low wages, master-slave type employee relations; better off joining the Marines. At least you can release your stress in that line of work by firing BIG g u n s at the enemy forces. Bob James would be ashamed of what it has become. Zero fun. Run, don't walk.
