      Pros

      Before Tom James was replaced as CEO at RJ it was a tremendous place to work. The company really cared about it's employees and the community.

      Cons

      After Tom James was replaced it is all about the bottom line, making the numbers look good for Wallstreet. Nothing wrong with that but the new CEO doesn't know how to balance a positive workplace culture and still turn a profit unlike to former CEO Tom James.
