Expectations are high but there is no training and no performance management. You have to figure things out on your own. Mistakes are blamed solely on you. Overworked under paid. Toxic environment where FA's are highly favored especially for high performing ones even if they do not follow employee conducts such as speaking profanity against customer's back and in the workplace also not wearing appropriate workplace attire.
