Pros
Not many Pros. Hiring new management from the outside (ex IP or GP) has completely changed the culture of Rayonier.
Cons
With new management came their old ways of treating people. Almost overnight, employees (especially long term) were treated with a great deal of disrespect. There was no acknowledgement of the fact that these folks had been doing something right, as Rayonier was one of the survivors in the forest products industry.
