Company has lots of promotional opportunities and geographic diversity. Growing business with strong bottom line and focus on execution. Very skilled and competent workforce.

Cons

Management reluctant to let go of lower level strategic planning or decision making. Burdensome administrative functions. Benefits mediocre.

None so far from an admin standpoint. If I had to name something it would be brief periods of heavy work loads. But that’s anywhere.

Prepare to take plots. That's all you do. Other than stand delineation occasionally. Was not a fun or interesting summer.
