      Pros

      Rayonier is an awesome company to work for! Everything from the benefits to fact that they always take employees into consideration when making company wife policy changes is amazing. It’s hard to find employers like that!

      Cons

      Currently, none! It truly is a great place to work. Only con that comes to mind is not having group lunches anymore because of Covid, but that’s not their fault.

      Great teams, helpful, great benefits, great work/life balance

      Cons

      None so far from an admin standpoint. If I had to name something it would be brief periods of heavy work loads. But that’s anywhere.

      Paid decent relative to other internships By the beach They have a high amount of resources They take safety seriously

      Cons

      Prepare to take plots. That's all you do. Other than stand delineation occasionally. Was not a fun or interesting summer.
