      Stable and fairly well defined career growth. Competitive benefits compared to other engineering fields.

      Cons

      The space and intelligence divisions were in constant reorganization. They seemed to have lost direction and failures in other sections of the business negatively impacted productive departments.

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
