      Exposure to many different programs and a large variety of work. Easy to switch roles if desired. Good pay and benefits. Flexible work schedule with remote work possible. Good work life balance

      Tucson can be tough to live in. Funding and work assignments can change from one day to the next

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
