Pros
The organization is flexible and understanding, in addition they are just starting to roll out Microsoft Teams and are trying to stay ahead of the technology curve (as compared to other industry companies), The company has provided WFH equipment and overall they try really hard to make sure people are doing alright
Cons
I know this is normal, but since the merger with UTC, the leadership volatility is insane. No one really knows where they will end up (functional homeroom-wise) and it is a little frustrating. We can see leadership figure it out as they go and, while that makes sense, it still feels like a cluster.
