Pros
I worked at the Raytheon Tucson site. I honestly can’t find any pros to working here besides the fact that it’s cheap to live in Tucson.
Cons
A lot of young people leave this place for a good reason. I would say you should give it a try but honestly here are my few cents; 1. You will feel claustrophobic here. 2. Working here is super boring. 3. They offer large bonuses bc they have high turnover rates. 4. Managers (not all) tend to be very closed minded and will laugh at you when you suggest not using communication methods that are 50 years old. 5. Females get treated with little respect from management.
