      Pros

      Engineering is good and takes care of the employees. Tend to be flexible in the work environment since the Covid-19 pandemic hit. Pay is good for the area.

      Cons

      Promotions are slow. The other organization I have experience with is Operations. It is everything your mother warned you about in a bad work environment. Ops is doorway into better opportunities at RMD though.

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
