      Pros

      Great team, very supportive, volunteering and DE&I is strongly supported all the way from junior engineer to CEO. Working on important, purposeful projects - not many places you'll get these opportunities

      Cons

      not many downsides to working here, they are supportive and flexible, there's a lot to recommend. If I was to find any "cons"; some people aren't so great at listening to understand engineers concerns , that said, the majority of leaders are great.

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
