      Absolutely nothing. Greg Hayes is running a Defense Contracting company like a commercial one, with no loyalty to the people, our products or the warfighter.

      Cons

      LISTEN. Listen to the workers. Protect them and treat them like human beings. Carry them through lulls - people and their knowledge are not expendable.

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
