      Good salary but has a toxic culture.

      Cons

      Sexist, misogynist, racist environment. Only employ women and minorities to give the appearance of diversity. Diversity is not part of the culture. They are employed to look good on the brochure and in the annual reports. Good luck if you are a female or a minority.

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
