      Education assistance program is very generous and is paid out to the school at the beginning of each semester. That is the only pro.

      Cons

      -Low Pay -Mediocre PTO -Extremely low morale amongst coworkers -If you stay longer than 2 years, your salary will be lower than those being hired at the same paygrade as you.
