      decent pay, decent benefits, cool projects

      Cons

      raises are a joke and retention is terrible as upper management seems to be happy to watch experience and talent walk out the door while they turn around and shell out fat sign on bonuses and salaries to get new people in the door.

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
