Sexual assault goes unchecked. Management is toxic and HR exists to protect them. If you speak up against a racist or sexist manager you will be retaliated against by that manager and anyone who works for him. Most managers are men and the women managers are miserable because they do all the work and have to gratify the male bosses to get and keep their jobs. It’s disgusting. I hate that I ever worked there.
