Travel opportunities vary but are there. Flexible and committed about relocating their employees if their contracts end. Promotions within the company are there, you need to apply for them or wait your time.
Cons
You have to fight for your salary, always counter with RMD within reason. They will outright disrespect you with their offer. Benefits could be better.
