Use to be good... - Cyber Security Engineer Raytheon Employee Review

Benefits and teams use to be great but the buying off and selling off of different parts the company has changed everything significantly. 401k recordkeeper changed and has gone downhill and healthcare benefits changed companies to something less desirable. Company does not care about personal growth and hire people into teams that don't hold their weight in the workload and they get away with it. They keep employees around who have DUIs, domestic violent charges, etc, and employees who have committed timecard fraud. Not a place I wanted to stick around with. Again, this use to be an amazing place but they need to do some reorganization and strategize.
