      Interesting work with a fair amount of stability

      Cons

      Management is more interested in spending time and money hiring new people but does nothing to keep current employees happy. This causes experienced employees to leave, shifting all of the stress and work to new employees. The only thing management does to help alleviate the stress is hire even newer people with no experience...and the cycle continues.

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
