Pros
High salary; will hire anyone with a pulse; they’ll give you whatever you ask for compensation wise, hiring managers get rewarded based on how high the new employee’s salary is; 9/80 schedule is nice
Cons
Company culture is that of pushing problems down the line; senior engineers are uninterested in working with new hires; onboarding is a nightmare; they’re hesitant to give raises, but eager to hire new blood at whatever salary they ask (up to $96k annually for a P1)
