      Pros

      The people are great, depending on the team you're on.

      Cons

      They constantly boast about making millions of dollars in profit, but don't re-invest in their seasoned, proven SW engineers. They'd rather train people from scratch than allocate recognition to experienced SW engineers, weirdly. Definitely a delusional management issue.

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
