      Solid work backlog. 9/80 is great. Flexible in schedule as needed

      Not enough help People keep leaving due to mismanagement and low pay. New hires make more than existing employees Management plans to perfection and never has a buffer doe fallout. Poor training

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
