Bad pay range, not diverse or inclusive work culture - Programt Manager Raytheon Employee Review

Pay is below average for most positons, and not a very diverse or inclusive company in certain divisions very few over 50 , and very few minorities in key postions. Also, very few non-military employees. It is not so great when the work culture is so rigid and one sided in work styles that those who are not so rigid, and totally different are seen as a problem or unproductive, and no longer welcome as employees (I saw many Managers passover those who were not connected to the military, and over 50 for jobs. Also, saw them reprimanded employees for not being like their military counterparts in work style, and several great employees like myself leave due to this situation).
