      Great people, flexible schedules, decent pay, purposeful work

      Cons

      Highly bureaucratic and interdependent, outdated software, very manual and technical w ambiguous duties, constant schedule crisis and over tasking. Don’t expect 40 hour weeks. Removal of remote/hybrid work, which is why I left the company.

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
