      9-80 Schedule, get every other Friday Off Lots of opportunity to change work

      Cons

      Corporate demanded return-to-office, and when anyone said "but I lose money due to taxes, commute, day care, etc." the response was "deal." When people went "I'm located near a building I've never been to because I support a team elsewhere in the country" the response was "go in anyhow." Corporate wants butts in seats, and they'll burn the company down to get it.

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
