Terrible Leadership - Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) Raytheon Employee Review

Health care is expensive Direct management isn't good, a lot of gas lighting, a lot of them saying you can speak up without being retaliated against even though that isn't accurate. Favoritism really bad mostly from one of the managers, you're good if you're a guy and in the military You go above and beyond and never get noticed, only the favorites get prompted Very hostile work environment and nothing is done other than "ill talk to that person", and the same thing continues to happen. Manager talking poorly about employee to other employees (NOT a good look)
