No Room to Grow - Customer Support Razer Employee Review

Commanded by the gods from above to support products and software that is knowingly terrible. Berated by managers on one end, and consumers on the other. Working here is stressful to say the least. Job description continues to expand as the company grows into new products and markets, but any sort of raise is nowhere to be found. No wonder the turnover is high and we are consistently understaffed.
